IGREC ENGENIERIE has been for a long time, an active member of Syntec Ingenierie (French Federation of Consulting Engineering Firms.

This new site of 12000 m² will include health professions schools such as nursing, midwifery, and physiotherapy, at Purpan University Hospital Centre in the new urban zone of La Cartoucherie.

IGREC INGENIERIE, SEURA, Architects & Urban Planners and ILEX, Landscape Architects, gained the consultation, launched by the Community of Communes of Gex territory and the Republic and Canton of Geneva for the Urban and Operational works management concerning the strategic project of Ferney-Voltaire/Grand-Saconnex transborder development.

In a warm-up match for Euro 2012, the French team beat Serbia in this beautiful stadium, completely rebuilt by IGREC INGENIERIE and Michel REMON Architect.

IGREC INGENIERIE won with the Architects BIG (Denmark) and OFF (France) the new multidisciplinary research centre, Paris PARC, for UPMC University in Jussieu Campus

Happy new year

The Maison Blanche psychiatry hospital opened its Paris 19th hospitalization center on March 17th 2011. That hospital will be opened 24/7 so that it will answer the needs of the patients of this poor area. The building includes 110 beds for hospitalization. This operation was led by ICADE. IGREC INGENIERIE, with its architect partner – SCAU-, achieved MEP missions.

IGREC INGENIERIE, Michel RÉMON and BOUYGUES BATIMENT IDF have won the competition, launched by the Parisian health authority AP-HP, for the construction of a new 13.500 m² building that will put together the Endocrinology, Metabolic, Diabetology and Nutrition departments in La Pitié – Salpêtrière hospital complex.

SHANGRI-LA Hotel Paris opened last December. The refurbishment operations needed two years of studies and two years of works. IGREC INGENIERIE is proud to have achieved Structure, Fluids and Electricity studies for this complex and prestigious project. The adventure is not over as an extension is being processed.

IGREC INGENIERIE, HENN ARCHITEKTEN and PATRIARCHE & CO won the competition for the refurbishment of the Necker hospital Medicine University. The Medicine University, which is part of the Paris 5 Descartes Science University, is located in a high-rise building built in the 70’s. The refurbishment of that 23.000 m² complex requires a high technicality.

GROUPE 3F - RISF appointed the ZÜNDEL & CRISTEA, IGREC INGENIERIE and VILLES & PAYSAGES team to manage the construction of a community health centre on the Notre-Dame de Bon Secours hospital site in Paris 14th arrondissement. The operation will take place while the site is occupied.

First exhibition Centre certified High Environmental Quality, the Paris Nord Villepinte Hall 7 Exhibition Centre was inaugurated on the 14th of September by SIPAC, CCIP (Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry), UNIBAIL-RODAMCO and their subsidiary VIPARIS in the presence of Hervé Novelli, Secretary of State for Trade, and Jean-Paul Huchon, President of the Ile de France Regional Council. IGREC INGENIERIE provided Engineering and Works Management of this equipment of 36 000 m² whose investment amounts to 66 million euros.

In a high-level competition, IGREC INGENIERIE in the team led by the Architecture Firm “Ateliers Lion” won the international competition of urban and landscape design for Cluster Descartes.

For decades, the scientific laboratories of ENS, rue Lhomond have been receiving the top French and International researchers.
