The project involves the complete refurbishment of an existing building (seven floors and a basement level) with the creation of a second basement to provide a 8,300 m²- closed-off area. The existing builiding is not an historical building, but it has an undeniable heritage value (decorated facades, grand detailings) and is located in an protected area.
