This programme is part of the evolution of care and housing practices ; it includes the construction of an Accomodation Establisment for Dependant Elderly Persons, a 64-cradle nursery, a psychological and pedagogical centre, and 66-bed residential care home. This will be the second phase of work.
The programme as a whole will be carried out as part of the Climate Action Plan of the City of paris and of the High Environmental Quality specifications of the Region.
